Installations, Updating and Tips

Follow the steps in the following order to setup your desktop/laptop or cluster for ATLAS users.
You should also consult the Recommended Software versions as tested by ATLAS Canada user support.

  1. management of ManageTier3SW (This is only for ATLAS maintainers who have privileges)
  2. How to install/update Scientific Linux 4 (obsolete, please migrate to SL5).
  3. Install_Scientific_Linux 5 (obsolete, please migrate to SL6).
